We know that St. Patrick's Day is reserved for beer, but those who enjoy sparkling shouldn't be left out of the fun. Here's a fun recipe that's perfect for spring!
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon liqueur
- 5 ozs Sparkling Wine such as Breathless Blanc de Noirs
- Lime for garnish
Directions
Chill sparkling and liqueur before serving. In a champagne flute or martini glass, add the melon liqueur, followed by the sparkling wine. Squeeze a little lime and add a twist or lime wedge for garnish. Enjoy!
