21. Pear and Vanilla Champagne Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ozs Ciroc French Vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 ozs Pear Nectar (or Pear Cider)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Breathless Blanc de Noirs
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon twist for garnish
Combine the vodka, pear nectar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into a Champagne flute or coupe. Fill the rest of the glass with Breathless Blanc de Noirs, add a twist of lemon for garnish and enjoy! For extra fun – add a slice of pear and a vanilla-sugar rim to the glass!
