Ingredients
- 1 bottle Breathless Sparkling Brut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or blackberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries
Directions
Make the simple syrup by simmering together the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool and chill.
When you're ready to make your cocktails, add a few berries to each glass. Add 1-2 tsp of simple syrup and top glasses with sparkling wine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
