Breathless Sparkling Rosé meets bright limoncello and honey-lavender syrup for a sip that feels like summer in full bloom. Finished with a twist of lemon and a fragrant sprig, it’s perfect for brunches, bridal showers, or simply celebrating the beauty in a slow, sparkling moment.
Ingredients
  • 4 ozs Breathless Brut Rosé (chilled 24+ hours)
  • 1 oz Limoncello (chilled 24+ hours)
  • 1/2 oz honey-lavender simple syrup (store-bought or made from scratch, recipe below)
  • garnish (fresh or dried lavender, lemon twist, or a cocktail pick with blueberries
  •  ice cubes
Directions

Start by filling a cocktail shaker with sunshine: pour in chilled limoncello, honey-lavender syrup, and a splash of fresh lemon juice. Add ice, then shake gently—just enough to cool without losing the sparkle.

Fill your favorite glass with ice cubes (vintage coupe or tall flute, your choice of magic).

Strain the golden elixir into the glass, then top slowly with Breathless Sparkling Rosé. Stir softly to swirl the flavors together.

For a final touch, garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprig of lavender—or go whimsical with blueberries threaded onto a dried lavender stem.

Bonus Recipe: Home-made honey lavender syrup:

Combine 1/2 cup raw honey, 1/2 cup water and 2 tbsp fresh or dried lavender in a pot and heating on medium until hot and dissolved, but not boiling. Remove from heat and set aside for 1 hour to allow the lavender to steep. Stir frequently. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and into an airtight container. Press down on the lavender in the fine mesh sieve to squeeze more flavor into the syrup. Discard lavender.
