Harvest Grilled Cheese
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tbsps whole grain mustard
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 Gravenstein or Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsps Mayonnaise
On one slice of bread spread 1 tbs. of the mustard. Then place 3 slices cheddar, 3-4 slices apple and 3 slices bacon. Top with another slice of bread. Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches. On the outside of each sandwich spread mayo. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches until golden and cheese is melty – 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
