This fun winter cocktail takes advantage of the bright flavors of winter grapefruit and has a delightful “blush” color!
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Giffard's Pamplemousse (grapefruit) liqueur
- 1 oz Nolet's Dry Gin (or your favorite)
- 1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
- Breathless Brut
- Ice Cubes
Directions
Combine the liqueur, gin and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into a cocktail glass or coupe. Fill the rest of the glass with Breathless Blanc de Noirs, add grapefruit peel and/or mint for garnish and enjoy! For extra fun – add a sugar rim to the glass!
