Breathless Late Disgorged Brut

Very fine bubbles bring the aromas of Asian Pear and Yellow Delicious Apple, Brioche and Hazelnut.  The aromas follow through on the tongue with a creamy, lively and bright mouthfeel.  The finish lingers with lime and a smoothness the leaves you wanting more.   The aging on this wine is perfect, a very classic Champagne style Late-Disgorged wines.  This is perfect to match with those special occasion meals- fresh white fish with butter and capers, Roasted Chicken , Beef Wellington.  This would also be a great wine to include with dessert- say a Floating Meringue or Roasted Pears.
