13. Pear and Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
- 2 ozs Pear nectar (or liqueur if you prefer a stronger cocktail)
- 1 oz Pomegranate juice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsps Pomegranate seeds
- 8 ozs Breathless Brut, Blanc de Blancs or Blanc de Noirs
In a cocktail shaker – add pear nectar (or liqueur) pomegranate juice and ice. Shake and divide among two champagne flutes. Add the pomegranate seeds and top with chilled Breathless sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon if desired.
