04. Apple Cider Mimosa
- 3 ozs Chilled apple cider
- 4 ozs Chilled Breathless Blanc de Noirs
- Ground cinnamon and sugar
- Apple Slices
Mix ground cinnamon and sugar on a flat plate or surface. Wet the rim of a champagne flute with water or lemon juice. Dip the glass to coat the rim. Pour the cider in and add sparkling wine. Top with an apple slice!
