Sweet, fruity and floral, Elderflower liqueur is an ideal compliment to the bittersweet citrus and herb flavor of Italy’s Aperol, which is celebrating its 100th birthday this year. This is a dangerously refreshing twist on the classic Aperol Spritz!
Ingredients
- 3 ozs Bottle, chilled Breathless Blanc de Noirs
- 2 ozs Bottle, Aperol
- 1 oz St. Germain (Elderflower liqueur)
- 1 oz Chilled Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes
- Orange slices for garnish (or your favorite citrus)
Directions
Fill wine glasses (or whatever fun glassware you like) generously with cubed ice. Pour all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with a slice of orange or your favorite citrus and enjoy!
